Built by someone who actually likes figuring this stuff out.
LTZX Systems started with a simple idea: interesting technology is a lot more useful when someone has already lived with the setup, the quirks and the questions.
The company
LTZX sits somewhere between a specialty dealer, a technology lab and the neighbor who already spent the weekend figuring out why the thing would not connect.
We focus on products that benefit from a real demonstration, thoughtful setup or some experimentation. That can mean outdoor robotics, fabrication tools, displays, projection, 3D printing, lighting, gaming, sports technology and whatever useful oddity comes next.

Hi, I’m Joe.
I lead LTZX Systems from Minnesota. I am a technology enthusiast, hands-on tinkerer and the kind of person who would rather understand how something works than simply accept that it does.
I have also spent years as a product reviewer, with more than 800 product reviews under my belt. The range has been pretty ridiculous, in a good way. I have tested high-end technology like Apple Vision Pro, taken underwater scooters for a spin and reviewed plenty of decidedly low-tech things like clothing along the way.
That experience shaped how I think about LTZX. A spec sheet can tell you what a product is supposed to do. I am much more interested in what it is actually like to live with, where it shines, where it gets frustrating and who should buy it in the first place.
I started LTZX because I kept finding products that were genuinely exciting but hard to evaluate from a product page alone. My goal is to try the interesting stuff, be useful about what I learn and help people get a better result when they decide to bring that technology into their own space.
I am not interested in pretending every product is perfect. If something is great but takes patience, I will tell you that. If I can help with the setup, I will do that too.
